Awesome set of balls... Found them to be very effective for my sore and tense upper back and shoulders. Great to use against a wall. They are durable and the carrying bag is useful to keep them from going missing!

These massage balls are brilliant! It's great to have the choice of different ones. They come with a card with a link on which takes you to lots of information and explanations of how to use the balls. This is available in several languages. It explains what each ball is for and how to use them for different problems and different parts of the body. I didn't expect so much useful information to arrive with this product. I was indecisive about buying this set but in the end I went for it and was so glad that I did! Excellent value for money and it was a very pleasant surprise to have so much extra information come with it. It comes with a handy little bag to keep them in as well. I'm extremely happy with this set and I recommend it to anybody who's thinking about buying it.

These massage balls are pretty good and come with a PDF instruction manual. The URL inside the box (for the manual) didn't work and so I had to email the Company - got a prompt and helpful response. My reluctance to give a full 5 * review relates to the black "dimpled" ball. It's formed from 2 halves "glued" together and, for about half the circumference, the seam is raised and sharp. This means you have to get the ball in the correct position to make sure the seam doesn't dig into you (it's so sharp that, when you run a finger along it, it almost feels like it could slice skin). I've actually found myself using the pain, rubber ball more. When a muscle is actually at the point where pressing on it is painful - you really don't want something spikey in there. But they're def helping and come in a nice little drawstring, net bag.

Not sure if these balls were going to sort out my sciatic nerve running down my left leg but I was amazed after two days the pain had gone away. I had been limping around for 3 weeks and struggling to sit in comfort but these actually worked by massaging the top of my leg muscles

I stopped asking my hubby for a foot massage for my plantar fasciitis. All three roller balls have different degrees of hardness quotient. They are not soft just to make that clear and I wasn’t looking for softer roller balls. They don’t roll or slip away and you get to drive the pressure level. I tested all three for pressure levels and the black knobbly one and grey spikey one get used up most. I love the bag that holds up all three of them.

Great set of massage balls! I particularly use all of them for my feet and legs, for someone who walks on average 15km a day like myself with my job, these are fabulous addition to my look after myself bits and bobs! I use the spike ball for my feet which is nice and hard ( I was using my wife's tumble dryer balls) the round ball for my shins, which is just the right size and and weight and rolls nicely along the posterior and anterior muscles, the black ball is good for the long tight muscles, slightly bigger but softer, I sometimes use it for my feet as well when I have too much pain. Highly recommended

I have used a type of ball before for this type treatment (shoulder and neck) although the ball was not specifically for this purpose (pet toy) and over time the balls deteriorated and got spongey and became non effective. The quality of the Plyopic set is great. They are sized well and look to be made of a durable material. I have used the set several times already in the last 5 days and they are already proving to be worth having. There is a user guide available and the handy net bag keeps the set together, all in all a great little set.

I've not used these since purchase, and instead bought 'therapy ball plus' balls which are firm but with some give, meaning pressure can be increased incrementally.

I bought the 3 massage ball set for the variety of sizes and different possible uses. I use the grey spiky ball regularly to massage my feet while sitting as a passenger in a car for long journeys and the relief the ball provides is fabulous. I find the small smooth ball ideal to massage "knots" along my spine. I haven't used the black ball yet but note the raised area where the two halves of the ball are joined, as other reviewers have highlighted. Personally, I don't see any issue with the raised area, and it could be used to provide another source of massage.

I love these massage balls. The set of three is just perfect for my needs—it is helpful to have the different options. Additionally, I just got around to downloading the user guide that comes with the balls and it is extremely helpful. I didn’t expect much, but the guide wildly exceeds my expectations. If you purchased these balls and haven’t checked it out yet, I recommend doing so. The balls look and feel good quality, and the texture, hardness, and material of each ball seems appropriate to its use. The little mesh bag they came in is also convenient. The only downside is that I don’t know how to clean them, as it didn’t come with instructions for that that I could see. But I’m hoping I can get an answer to that. Overall, I think they’re amazing. I definitely recommend them.

I have planned to use them on the wall.... They are too hard. And the trial not only left indents but also black marka... But nice branding, so depends on what the intended use would be... Tried to use on the door, then the spikey slides... A pity
