One Blood

I've been searching and searching for some new Christian reggae artists or albums coming out and while there is some, it's kind of surprising the lack of it in the market. I love listening to reggae or Caribbean influenced music, especially in the Summertime, and this album was like finding gold. I particularly love when reggae vibes and rhythms fuse with hip hop lyricists or r&b vocals and this is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. From roots, dancehall and dub, to hip hop, pop and r&b...this has a little bit of everything. I was previously familiar with Papa San and liked some of his tunes but when I found this with all the featured artists...every last one of them is a hit and you can listen to them over and over again.The single I heard from the album that intrigued me to check it out was Step Up featuring Da' T.R.U.T.H which has a pop electronic dance type of beat. Really gets your head bobbing, definitely has Summer Anthem written all over it. I highly recommend the album...what better way to get a little bit of everything, vibing to the beats with the windows down and feeling the warm sun on your face, while they speak lyrics that worship the real SON and edify the spirit!God Bless and 1 love.

I had run across Papa San when I was looking for Reggae Praise. I have never heard of Papa San before. The former reviews were correct. He was raw and real.

I've been a fan of reggae and hip-hop collaborations since Shabba Ranks and KRS collaborated for The Jam in the early 90's. After becoming a believer, I'm glad to find an alternative in Christian music. Love the duets with Da' T.R.U.T.H. and Lecrae. When I saw this effort featured the fore mentioned as well as some of my Gospel favorites such as Fred Hammond and Israel Houghton, and also featured a couple other Gospel reggae artists I've become familiar with over the years like Ryan Mark and DJ Nicholas, I knew I needed to download the recording immediately. And I loved it.

Papa San has dropped a banga with this One Blood project. I like all the cuts on it especially Radio and One Blood being a reggae head since I was little it was good to here a project that exalted Jesus and the power of the blood of Christ. Don't over look this project it is a must have for your collection.

I do recommend this cd to those who love Papa San and love Rap. its worth the cost, and I bought this because I knew Papa San from previous records and ive met him in person (he's real) and last I saw the official video "One Blood" and thought that was super cool unity

I love to hear different types of Christian music. It keeps me on my toes.All I listen to is Christian music because.. I am a Christian. And If I can't be happy with it here,I won't be happy in heaven when I am worshipping God all day :-D

Great album has a lot of great artists featuring, I just like the album, different feel and it's all about Christ, must have if you like reggae, rap, and great singing.
