Excellent texture for sabudana khichri. Loving it. Tuesday breakfast sorted.

Nice
Great option for low carb diet. The rice texture is more like sabudana than rice, but it is doable. High price not fit for regular use, and their are virtually no nutrients here. Only fibre. So used as a filler.

Very poor quality of shirataki short grain rice from urban platter
I am a regular customer of urban platter shirataki rice as my daughter is on keto diet for her health issues. So I know it's texture, how to cook. This is the first time that I am complaining of this product . The inner packet was leaking and the rice grains were mashed and smelling very badly. This episode has now forced me to rethink whether I will again order any items from urban platter. I had already ordered 4packets of shirataki short grain rice today morning which I am now going to cancel

Terrible delivery experience
The product is great. Unfortunately the ship through Delhivery. Which did not deliver the product for around 10 das despite the product being in the final destination. Afterwards I cancelled the product and they delivered 3 days later despite being directly informed that the ite has been cancelled.
