I have tailbone pain with this work in the house as a cushion in my chair on the sofa or in bed???

Yes, our inflatable cushion is placed on the wheelchair or chair, and can be fixed on the four corners of the inflatable cushion. As for in chair on the sofa or in bed, we didn't try it, I don't know if it works, if you need it, you can try it.

How big is the center opening (hole)?

The center opening (hole) can be regarded as a trapezoid, width: 3.54"---5.9", length: 11.8", if calculated according to cm (cm), the area is about 720cm2 (cm2) is based on the human hip Shape to make.

I had a bbl done can I used this for my chair and bed ?

No, because when we design the product, we consider that it should be placed on the bed or chair, on a load-bearing plane, and we don't know what a bbl looks like and whether it can be used with the product.

How thick when inflared

It is 3 inches thick when inflated. I have found you have to keep inflating it , or check to see if needs more air like say a kids raft.
