This is pretty what I was looking for! I was researching and researching because I didn’t want anything that used toxic materials, which some were. And I wanted it to be glass so I can see how much water remained. Also, I wanted this variable temperatures - this is SUPER helpful if you’ve not had an electrical kettle that has one. Additionally, I learned real fast from a purchase I had to return of how important it is for me to have the option of larger capacity to hold water. All in all, I like this kettle very much. The only reason for the four stars is because of the lid. I think it could be better if I didn’t have to line it up for it to fit well vs just being able to put it on and take it off - it’s not a deal breaker but it would be a “nice to have.” All in all, this checked off a lot of my requirements for an electric kettle, haha!
