This is a simple yet super helpful device to get my leg up into the car; feels very sturdy and is super easy to use! I also use it to left my legs up onto the bed at night. I am so happy to find this product to help with mobilty. Highly recommend!

A great tool for after a hip or knee replacement surgery! This one tool has been a lifesaver to have. I have a regular PT strap for exercise, which works great for exercise in general. But this one is ideal post-surgery. There are 3 looped straps set in increments coming from the main strap which gives you options where to place your hand for the best lift. The most important feature to me is the wide, padded foot stirrup which stays open while you insert your foot into it. No fumbling to get your foot into it. It’s a game-changer compared to the regular PT strap, where you have to manually open the stirrup each time. (Which is impossible since you can’t bend over to grasp it with your hands following hip replacement surgery.) I leave it on my foot when I’m sitting in my recliner so I can have it ready to assist any time I need to lift my foot, including for exercise. I had no idea which length to purchase, but the one I settled on (39”) works perfect. I’m 5’6” tall. The other feature I like is the thin aluminum piece inside the nylon webbing. It’s bendable, yet sturdy. It easily folds up and comes with a nylon pouch to keep it in, so I can easily carry anywhere. I plan to order a 2nd one to keep in the car.

This is a must for knee replacement surgery. I am not able to lift my leg on my own but with this I can move it. Very easy to use and has multiple grips which make it easier depending on your height or how your sitting. Very light weight but has metal or something to keep it straight to get it around your foot. I have been using it several times a day since my surgery. So glad I purchased this. Now I don’t have to depend on someone else to lower or lift my leg. Great item for the price. It has 3 grips you can use and there is a bit of padding on each handle so it doesn’t hurt your hand. It is a bit more painful than having someone lift the leg for you but I would rather have the independence of being able to do it myself. Love it!!

This has been a really useful tool for me. Due to a failed back surgery I can no longer lift or move my right leg. But this little device has been a game changer for me. It helps me get my leg into bed or up on an ottoman as you see in the video. I used to often just leave my foot on the floor if I just didn’t have the strength to lift it up with my hands and arms. I still have major spinal issues and I’ve had multiple surgeries and injuries to both hands so sometimes it really is hard to reach down and lift my leg up. But this changes the whole thing! I would most definitely recommend this to anyone who is dealing with lack of movement and strength in either or both legs! I think it was a good deal for the money but I do wish it was a little bit stiffer so that I could just point it down for to my foot and slide it right on. But it does bend because it’s a heavy canvas type fabric. That sometimes makes it more challenging to use. But that would be my only criticism of it. Other than that I think it’s fantastic! Especially with multiple handholds all the way down!

This item is for my wife she needs a hip replacement. This helps with lifting her leg when I am not available. Was suggested on you tube video. It def helps as needed. It is bendable and straight (rigid) as required for lifting. I was unsure how it would be due to past reviews but it does work for what it is intended Im not sure what other people did with it, It helps with getting in bed from a seated position as well as to get backwards farther in recliner. It is a good weight not heavy or awkward . Can be bended to put on walker handle to have withing arms reach. I cant believe it was under $10 The straps are comfortable and hands dont slip off when using. we thought the strap might have been too long as she is only 5'4 but it is a good size bc depending on what it is needed for ( moving from a sitting to up on bed, or from laying to up more in bed ) she can used the multiple Straps(handles ) as needed to get a better grip. Only wish would have known how helped it would have been before now.

I had hip surgery 2 days ago. I am in absolute agony. But one thing is for certain, if I hadn't bought this I would NOT be able to get into bed. This is a must have. It has several handles on it to give you the right length to hold your leg straight. It is strong and flexible which is awesome. I feel safe and confident using it. This is a necessity in your post surgery hip kit. Just slide your foot into the loop and grab the handle, whichever one feels good to you, and bring your leg up where you need it. It doesn't put any pressure on it and keeps it straight. Amazingly simple. I'm 5ft10 and purchased the longest one. It's perfect.

It works, but it's nearly rigid. It's like a thin peice if tin that un folds, it comes all wrapped up. Not rigid, nearly still, a floppy piece of tin, but still works

This lifter is great. I love it. I am bedfast and it’s kind of like going fishing to put it on your foot but it really works great so I can do my leg exercises.

Ordered for mother after Knee replacement. Worked a treat found really useful in getting in and out of bed. Also when lifting leg to rest on foot stool. She tells me great product.

Really useful for those first few weeks after surgery

This has been such a great tool after my total knee replacement. It has helped me with exercise and general movement of my leg in the early stages of recovery. I highly recommend for anyone with limited mobility especially after surgery. The area you put your foot is comfortable, the handles are very good quality and the metal inside is just enough to keep it stiff but can also be folded for on the go. I do not fold mine, so the only concern I might have is if it were folded over and over being aluminum it could possibly break, but for my use it is really helpful. I'm impressed!

Very good item, mum finds it easy to use and the physio have given some movement exercises to which she find good with this item
