I’ve been using the Miracle-Gro Fruit & Citrus Plant Food Spikes for several seasons now, and they continue to be one of the easiest and most effective ways to fertilize my citrus trees. I have a few dwarf citrus varieties—lemon, lime, and a young satsuma—and these spikes have made a noticeable difference in growth, foliage health, and fruit production. What I really love about this product is the convenience. Instead of mixing liquid fertilizers or trying to spread granular feed evenly, you just push these spikes into the soil near the root zone (according to the package instructions), and you're done. The nutrients are slowly released over time, so the trees get consistent feeding without risk of over-fertilizing. I apply them about once in early spring and again mid-summer, and that seems to be enough for my potted and in-ground trees. Within a few weeks of using the spikes, I typically see deeper green leaves and more vigorous new growth. I have been using Miracle-Gro Plant Food Spikes for the past two years, and my fruit trees are thriving and doing excellent. The difference in growth and overall health has been very noticeable. You simply dig a small hole around the tree and place the spike in the ground—no mixing, no measuring, and no mess. Used for my fruit trees. Actually, got pears for the 1st time after using them. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that some of them were broken. I still pounded those babies in the ground so no waste. Will be buying again.

I'm pretty sure this stuff encouraged my pomegranates to fruit finally. I had gotten a few flowers before, but never fruit; this year I got lots of flowers (also temporarily caged the plants in case it was chickens eating flowers?) and there's a number of fruit on the shrubs. I did find that pounding them into our hard ground many of them broke. Next time I use them I'll likely bring a metal stake (like a concrete steel stake) to pre-drill a hole, then jam the plant food spike into that hole.

These work great for my ten citrus trees. Limons three different varieties also oranges tangerines and limes I have them too so I used these fertilizer stakes on them. You don’t have hammer them into the soil rather I prefer to shovel a hole in the ground and lay them sideways and bury them

These plant food spikes are a must have if you have and kind of fruit trees, I have cherry, apple and peach trees and I use them every year they are easy to use and feed your fruit trees with Nitrogen (10) phosphorus (15) and potash (15) use these and you'll have more fruit and a stronger root base, they don't effect taste and have no odor you'll have healthier plants, I will recommend yearly use!

These work wonders for growth. Definitely recommended.
