Does not connect to TV *by P***E on March 10, 2024* We ordered this laptop to do one thing--connect to a TV to run PowerPoint. Guess what it doesn't do? You got it. Connect to the TV to run PowerPoint! Useless and surprisingly heavy. Plus we can't figure out a way to turn the backlight on the keyboard off. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one. Wish we could return it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, pretty good *by T***E on January 2, 2024* Runs games fairly well and offers an optimization feature for best graphics/fps on most games. The battery life off charger is terrible for gaming but that's to be expected. I'd recommend just getting a cooling pad and plugging it into another monitor with a keyboard/mouse if you have a desk to play for optimal gameplay. But yea for the money it's a pretty good deal. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/567895314-acer-nitro-5-gaming-laptop-15-6-fhd-144hz-12th](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/567895314-acer-nitro-5-gaming-laptop-15-6-fhd-144hz-12th) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
