I love this vacuum pump works perfectly and will pull a vacuum down to 25 inches of mercury.

Nicely packed, was right for what I'm putting it to use for project purposes.

Never worked right out of the box. I’m glad I wasted an hour to install it.

This should not be used on cars. Even without a pressure switch there is still not enough power to be of any help.

As previous people have mentioned, this works for the 2011 and 2012 F150s. I thought the motor just replaced the current motor, it does not. It’s a complete swap out. The truck vacuum hose will connect to the new pump and you simply splice the old electrical end to the new one. You will then have to mount it somehow behind the headlight. Originally I used zip ties in the picture (to see if it worked) and later mounted it on a piece of metal I fabbed (no pics of the current). Been working for a couple weeks with no issues.

What's wrong with this Review Amazon, why did you remove it?? Trying again... This thing is awesome! I used it to delete the mechanical vacuum pump that powers my exhaust brake in my 2003 Dodge Cummins diesel. Now I can use a standard $45 over-the-counter serpentine belt from any of the parts houses, instead of the $155 one from the stealership! SO stoked! I violated NO rules in writing this review!
