After lots of searching, I finally decided to try this one. I can honestly say I am very satisfied with this massage chair. Mynta team was great to work with and answered all my questions, only wish I had purchased it sooner.PROS:Package: Well packaged. No assemblies needed. It was already assembled, I just needed to take it out of the box and then pushed it to the room of my choice.Functions: It works my neck and lower back better than I had even imagined. So comfortable, relaxing and pain relieving. There is nothing like getting home after a long day at work and hopping in the chair to unwind. Wife has a treatment every week or two and having this chair has made it a lot easier for the therapist working on her.Size: Size was the biggest concern before delivery, the size is totally acceptable and this is coming from a 6'3 200lbs male. Given how small the chair appears in the picture, I was a little concerned that I would be crowded, but it is clear that my concerns were unfounded.AirbagsThe airbag could be adjusted using the manual controls, but I prefer strong air massage.Bluetooth works well.7 modes on demand, which is nice.CONS:Foot roller was painful as first. so I turn the feet roller off. I suggest you wear thick socks or turn it down to the lowest setting for the first time.Highly recommended! Would buy from them again with no hesitation.

Climbing into this chair right after work is the best part of the day. I was really surprised at how strong the compressions and rollers are and the Bluetooth speakers work great. They really do a great job of getting into tight muscles and leave you feeling incredibly relaxed. Also it was shipped totally assembled so all I had to do was take it out of the box and wheel it into a spot to plug in. Absolutely worth every penny!

A good friend has a massage chair and I used it when I went to visit and I immediately knew I needed one in my life. Hers was over $3,000 which was more than I was willing to spend. I found this chair on Amazon and was excited to have it delivered the very next day!!! Set-up was pretty easy and I couldn't wait to use it since both my BF and I have back pain and more.If you like deep tissue massages this is the chair for you. It really gets in there but it was a little too intense for me so I have a small lightweight blanket that I put in the back area to lighten it up a bit until I get used to a deeper pressure (my BF and others love it though). It also gets into the lower neck area really good and I like that it add lower back heat (favorites for me) along with the calf compressions. The area where you put your arms in is too intense for me but once again my BF and others didn't think so and love it. The one thing we all agree on is that we wish the rollers covered more of the whole foot. Lastly, I think that the remote is a little confusing. I use the same few settings all the time. Soon I'll make time to learn what the other settings are for. Whenever I have friends come over the first thing they want to do is plop down in my chair. (I should start charging like in the malls) LOL!!! I am totally satisfied with the purchase of this chair. It gets used EVERY day... and the price was definitely affordable.

It’s pricey, yes, but the old adage is true in this case: You get what you pay for!PROS:1. The Mynta customer service experience was truly top notch! They really went above and beyond to meet my needs and show how much they cared.2. The chair feels SO SO SO AMAZING. I’ve tried three settings so far and I literally almost fell asleep even though it was the middle of the day. Can’t tell you how many “omgs” I’ve whispered while trying this out.3. It arrived well-packaged and fully assembled which is a MAJOR PLUS. That is one of the main reasons I chose this product.CONS: NONE. Seriously, I have ZERO complaints which is rare :)MINOR IMPROVEMENTS:1. I will echo other comments about the intensity of the air bags. The first time they squeezed *really* tight I got a little nervous and had a near-panic moment. If they would squeeze just a little less it would still be effective but also be an improvement to the comfort level.2. Unpacking was easy until I got to the last step of getting the chair off the base. It’s way too heavy to lift on your own (probably need 2-3 people) and also can’t roll it off the base so it was tricky. Not sure how that can be improved but I’m mentioning because it was a challenge for me as a single individual and took me 15-20 to figure out a safe workaround.3. More intensity at the neck and upper shoulders would be dreamy, as would as sort of interaction with the quads and hamstrings. Everything in front and back of the thighs is untouched so this would be an area of improvement as well.

Ive wanted a massage chair for quite sometime now. My whole family uses it. It was pretty much assembled so I didnt have any problems. Basically the only thing I did was attach the foot part to the chair. The value was great too. Its cheaper compared to some other chairs and I got a discount. It looks beautiful and the quality is suburb. As for the size, it fit right through the front door without any problems. Its quite heavy so make sure you have help bringing it in.
