Authentic taste, delicious
This is a very good tasting jambalaya mix. I received it as part of a gift pack, and was not disappointed. The flavorings and spices taste authentic, and overall is a next level mix over the brand I’ve used for years (Zatarains). I used smoked sausage and diced chicken thighs and it turned out delicious. I think it would be great with shellfish too.

Good ..but 10 dollars?
It was actually pretty good.. I added peppers onions sauteed )along with the sausage some summer squash,...the flavor tho is pretty good .. I've eaten Cajun and Creole food my whole life so I should know.will buy again

Good stuff!
This product is $1.85 per packet on the Cajun Land website...way over priced in Amazon. Tasty packet makes enough for 2 if that's your entire meal.
