Bought for 9 yo son, who was super excited and keen to try out straight away. Key instructions are missing from book (especially if a beginner); you need to have settings: a creative world; cheats on and know how to get a command block in Minecraft. We had to seek an external website for this information. Back to the book - great graphics and project ideas, shame not all commands work - otherwise would have had 5*. Looking forward to trying other books in the series and if there were any other levels/editions

This was a gift for my sons friend who was a Minecraft fan. It had great detail in it for an 8 year old and was greatly appreciated.

Difficult to apply without being used as a school book within a classroom

My grandson has read and worked through this book several times and is now asking for the others in the set. That's Christmas sorted! Thoroughly recommended for children with enquiring minds.
