These seemed to help me a lot in passing urin. I noticed the difference even before I finished the first bottle. They're easy to swallow and allow me longer periods of uninterrupted sleep. There's no flavor to them at all and they don't upset my stomach.

These gelcaps are rather large but I don't have any problems swallowing them. I think the gel makes them go down easier compared to capsules. No taste and no aftertaste. I tried another brand of capsules and found them difficult to swallow, it's like they got stuck going down no matter how much water I drank. Then I would burp up a bad aftertaste. They were so bad I threw them out before finishing the bottle. Which is why I bought these. I've tried these with and without food and it doesn't matter. No bad taste or aftertaste and no problem swallowing the gelcaps. Very satisfied.
