Dave's Subs: A Novel Story About Workplace Accountability Hardcover – November 16, 2015

It’s my second time reading ( had some ‘drift’) …this book provides the logic and structure behind many internalized concepts that are used unconsciously by better managers.

This book turns a lesson about management and leadership into a story. It's got lots of nuggets of about the philosophy of management, understanding systems and behaviors, as well as workplace and personal accountability.

This is an excellent novel, which tells the story of how people, culture and organisations interact. In doing so, it reinforces the messages which I've heard at training courses in a novel (pun intended) and effective fashion. This book achieved what very few do: I sat down and read it all in an evening, going to bed late so I could finish it. Highly recommended.

Some very good take always for me. I try hard to do more education than punishment. I think this book will definitely assist me in these goals.

Really makes u think not just about ur work life but about life in general! Definitely is a must read!

Provides great highlights of how to lead behavior change rather than simply task correction.
