This is exactly true to description and photo and I definitely would have worn it if it had gotten to me in time for the costume party. Some issue with shipping caused it to be delayed so I wore something else and returned this. The feather epaulets looked great, they have a green/blue/purple sheen and padding. I saw on other reviews that some came missing the fasteners but mine came with a bag with the 4 clips pictured in the product photo. If I ever needed something like this in the future, I would order again. Looked high quality especially for price.

These are three individual pieces. They are not attached to the lace collar.

Ordered the Gold-Rooster. LOVED the the feathers. Could not get the gold piece to lay flat for the life of me. I even tried ironing it (upside down on medium heat). It comes with really cute pins (5 pieces) that might have helped pin it flat to my costume but I wasn't in love with the look. Instead I put a cage bra harness over the gold part. It worked and was an interesting look, so four stars.

This is essentially a bib with feather shoulder pads you pin on. They provide the pins but sadly they suck & don’t keep it on. Also ribbon used to tie bib broke when I was trying it on so I never even got to wear it. Ended up returning it.

I bought this specifically for the feathery shoulder pads. The feathers are glued to a half-circle puffy pad, and comes with 5 push pins to secure it. I used two on each pad, and it worked great! The black bib is poorly put together, but easy to fix if you need it. One of the fabric ties fell right off out of the bag, and the other came off with a slight pull. These look like they were hot glued together. Overall, like the shoulder pads, not the bib.

Fast Delivery, I placed a order last night and it arrived today the feathers were a beautiful color, it was well made, foam under the feathers for a comfy fit. I was surprised that the package also has cute little flower pins in it so it’s much easier for me to pin them on. Perfect accessory for my outfit:)

As showed in one of the pictures, the package came with the golden lacy part completely separate from the feathery shoulder pads. The problem was, it did not come with anything to attach the parts together. Still, it is a pretty cool design; but I will have to find a way to sew or glue them together. Also, it is a nice concept; but feathers were already coming off before I removed it from the package. The shoulder pads are made of foam, and seem to be comfortable.

So fun, kind of delicate and needs to be handled gently.
