NearMoon Rain Shower Head, High Flow Stainless Steel Square Rainfall Shower, High Pressure Design, Awesome Shower Experience Even At Low Water Flow (6 Inch, Chrome Finish)

I purchased the larger 16” size because we have a fairly large shower. This shower head is beautiful and large. It looks luxurious in the shower and the rain shower experience is wonderful. There were two parts to the installation that took a little more time than I expected: (1) getting the old shower head off and (2) getting this one to not leak. The seller gives you a tiny wrench and some plumber’s tape to wrap the threads in case you have leaking. I did use both. They also give you a couple of spare tiny rubber rain tip nozzles and a spare mesh gasket that goes inside the shower head where it attaches to the arm. The spare parts are appreciated for when I need them. I have two complaints: The 12 inch version is $29, and the 16 inch version is $65. I’m not really sure that the additional cost is proportionate (fair) for what you get with the larger size. The larger shower head is not more than double the size, but it’s more than double the price of the smaller one. The shower head leaves lots of fingerprints when you touch it (even the brushed nickel one). Luckily that is only during installation and I won’t be touching the shower head often after that. I had to clean it to wipe the finger prints off after I installed it (something like you would have to clean a stainless steel refrigerator). Our set-up is with a down rod that comes straight down from the ceiling. There was no way I could get the old shower head off without unscrewing the entire downrod where it connects to the ceiling (with the old shower head still attached). After I got it down, I soaked the whole thing in a bucket of vinegar for a couple of hours, and then carefully used a channel lock wrench to hold the down rod tight on one end (without scratching it) and using an adjustable wrench on the other end, to screw the old shower head off. After I installed the new rain head (even with using the plumber’s tape provided), it leaked a little from the threads above the rain head. It’s impossible (in our case) to remove the rain head only, because you can’t hold the down rod tight enough with one hand, while you unscrew the rain head from it. So I had to, all over again, remove the entire down rod from the ceiling (with the rain head attached), and then as a second step, use the channel lock pliers and adjustable wrench again to remove the rain head from the down rod, wrap it better with the plumbers tape on both ends of the down rod and install it all over again. The second time, it did not leak. I had to get up on a ladder (in the shower), turn the water on, to see the place above the rain head where it was leaking from initially, and that it was not leaking after the second installation attempt. Overall this is a very nice shower head. I wish this 16 inch version was a better price (like a little more than the 12 inch as opposed to more than double the price.). But it is nice and I do recommend it. I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I thought all the 16 x 16 that looks the same from other brands were just non OEM rebranded, but this performs way better. Originally tried the Voolan, it was heavier and had uneven and dripping pressure in the center. They both looked identical but this had way much more consistent pressure. I used a dinky free adjustable shower arm that came with a 12 x 12 shower head and it held it just fine, just have to set the arm higher so it can ease down to where you need it to be.

Love these new shower heads. Great water flow. Great aesthetic.

This shower head has been a nice upgrade from my old one. The water comes out evenly and gives a relaxing rain shower feel. It has a good pressure. The stainless steel design looks clean and modern, and the chrome finish matches my bathroom well. Installation was easy and only took a few minutes. Overall, it is a good shower head for the price and makes daily showers more enjoyable.

I've only had this installed 2 weeks but this is one the best products I've ever pu9rchased on amazon. I had a similar product, but made of plastic, that worked well for just about a year, but then started spewing wter from seams, which could not be calked or glued or otherwise rrepaired. Tis one is legitimately stainless steel and I cannot imagine it will change shape or fit in time or under pressure, so my wife and I are totally pleased. Love the look, love the pressure, love that it doesn't drip when turned off, love it all and highly recommend... Just cannot believ it is so reasonably priced.

Was hesitant to buy because I thought this is way low price but it’s a winner nice metal construction really easy installation and love the water distribution

I didn’t think this was going to be a good buy because of how cheap it was compared to others. Boy was I wrong great pressure and took the place of one of the “expensive brands”. Will purchase again.

I loved this product at first! I truly felt like i was at the spa, the pressure was prefect and the water came out straight down. After a few uses the water started to spray in different direction and it didn’t come out in some spots. But over all for the price its not too bad i do still enjoy my showers but i wish it lasted longer than a few uses. I do like how it looks and the size of it.

Its very slim in size and very nice product it has good performance very nice flow of water and its value for money . Highly recommended to any one .

The downpour is ahhhhhhhh and it is so cheap especially comparing to any stores. OMG!!

J'avais une douche pluie qui a coûté la peau des fesses avec le plombier... ça coulait pas et je devais trouver une nouvelle pomme de douche: Surprise! Celle-ci fit parfaitement avec l'installation que j'avais déjà en place, même couleur/effet chromé, mais avec un jet d'eau qui décape! Je l'utilise depuis plus d'une semaine et elle va merveilleusement bien. Je recommande cet achat, surtout pour le prix et la qualité de ce qu'on reçoit versus en magasin $$$$ et fait plus cheap!
