The media could not be loaded. Very good product with a sleek look. Though it appears small, it holds more than expected. Great performance and quality. Highly recommended for every home.One suggestion: please add auto-restart functionality. It’s a must-have, especially in India where power cuts are still common. 😊

Do not buy this. I did all as written in manual if you set time for 12 hours it automatically stops working after 5 hours. Wasted money if i need to set time and sit in front of it for waiting that it has not stoped . Worst product ever, no QC done while making

It works well. But the plastic is of inferior quality. It is breaking easily. Because of that the product life will be very less. They should improve the quality of the plastic trays.

Does it job, works as described. Good for home use

The media could not be loaded. Quality: This item is very useful to dry the items like coconut pieces, chilly and vegetables. It has saved wastage of those, as we could dry, and keep it for future use.It is easy to use and easy for cleaning also.After usage of about 9 months, suddenly it stopped and didn't switch on. We were worried about this. But when I call customer care, they immediately responded and given replacement. Thanks to Payel Ghosh for the good customer service.
