Great for hard cider.
I use this as my go to for hard cider. More cost effective than using champagne yeast. Never had a problem with fermentation.

This yeast was fresher than anything else I've gotten in quite a while. Immediate action and the highest alcohol percentages I have made. I wish all my yeast was this dependable.

Brewing Hard Kombucha
I use this yeast for brewing Hard Kombucha and it's perfect. It has a very mild flavor and adds an incredible amount of carbon dioxide. Just thought I'd add a review since I struggled to find the right yeast for kombucha.
