Reliable for the price.
The media could not be loaded. Product works well. Will hold a shower head. Easy to connect to the pole. Feels a little flimsy but holds perfectly well and does exactly what it needs to.

Great Product
Great product and very easy to use, looks subtle and very sturdy. Great value for money

Adequate!
This does the job, however when you turn/tighten the end to fix onto the shower pole it feels like it will snap or break if you do it too tight. Also the other side where the shower hose slots into also feels too tight so be careful when you need to adjust the angle of the head to hold it all in place, there is a screw that side though which can be loosened a little so you have to tweak a little to get it just right.

Wish I'd bought this sooner
With so many variations available I'm glad I picked this one. Reasons being are- Super easy to install (I had to take the rail apart to uninstall the other one)- Easy to adjust so no more complaints about the optimal position of height or angle- Holds the showerhead perfectly - Doesn't move in the slightest when the shower starts- Looks good - I was a little concerned with the grey detracting from the chrome look but was completely wrong- Cleaning is easy- Doesn't mark/scratch the pole- Customer service - Was nice that I got a message from the company to make sure everything was fine. They didn't request a review but was nice to see customer service mattered to them.

Sulle caratteristiche descritte del prodotto, è specificato che è idoneo per il montaggio su supporto verticale con diametro compreso tra 19 e 25 mm. È falso : il mio saliscendi ha un diametro di 21 mm e non sono riuscito a inserirlo ( secondo è utilizzabile sino a un diametro di 19 mm). Lo restituisco immediatamente sperando che sia possibile farlo.
