Great cd

It is Janis Joplin with that distinctive voice that sings the blues and lays her emotions on the line from her turbulent life. Brilliant!

Would have got 5 stars but case was smashed great Album though!

What a loss to music, Janis was cruelly mocked for her looks, which shows how shallow her detractors were. Her voice and stagecraft elevated her to heights unmatched since her demise until today and until eternity. She has no equal because she sang with true raw emotion and truly was a beautiful person. It is my desire to have her full catalogue of music in my collection. Absolutely talented totally dedicated to the music she still rocks and I wished I could have had a drink with her and the Holding Company.

A recent bereavement made me want to hear some heart wrenching music. Janis is so good at this. I have been a fan for many years and some of these tracks are my favourites. She was taken too soon. For one so young she really understood the pain of life

Had aJanis size hole in my music collection, so purchased this “ best of”, pleased with amount of tracks, keeps getting better the more I listen.

great value for money all my favourite tracks a must buy for all those who like great blues music and fans of Joplin

Pour les fans de Janis Joplin, c'est bien. On regrette certains titres comme C'est un bon CD à écouter à n'importe quel moment de la journée. J'aime l'écouter... assez fort dans la voiture pour me détendre avant de commencer à travailler... Les CDs sont l'un sur l'autre dans le boîtier. Il y a un petit dépliants avec 4 photos et de l'autre côté le détail des titres (temps, date d'enregistrement, écrit par...) Petite fantaisie pour le Mercedes benz - remix... pas terrible mais bon il y a quand même 30 titres très bien comme par exemple un que j'aime beaucoup : Little girl blue... Il y a donc sur le CD 1 Down on me, Coo coo, Women is losers, Bye, bye baby, Ball and chain, Roadblock, Pièce of my heart, Misery'n, I need a man to love, Summertime, Flower in the sun, Farewell song, Raise your hand, To love somebody, Kozmic blues. Sur le CD 2 : Try (just a little bit harder), Maybe, One good man, Little girl blue,, Work me, lord, Tell mama, Move over, Cry baby, A woman left lonely, Half moon, My baby, Me and bobby McGee, Mercedes benz, Trust me, Get it while you can, Mercedes benz - remix

Als Fan von Janis Joplin sollte man zugreifen, da es sich hier um eine toll zusammengestellte Greatist-Hits-CD einer tollen Künstlerin handelt. Kann definitiv empfohlen werden.
