Relief with every step.
I've tried many insoles but these are by far the best. Great fit as it can be adjusted as per your shoe size. (Be careful while cutting it to your shoe size.) They provide good comfort and great arch support. Maybe slightly on the premium side but worth every penny.

Supportive for casual wear.
Good enough, supportive for regular shoes. I did not buy this for any specific pain relief but rather to extend the life of my sport shoes. So I cannot comment on its effectiveness for pain relief. It fails quite a bit as support for sports shoes used for active sports. Felt supportive initially but is wearing in within 10 hours of use. So I am not particularly thrilled. The variant with gel from the same brand is performing much better though it is too soon to comment on the longevity of the product. You may not notice any of the above if you use in your sports shoes as casual wear.

Dont buy it: Injurious to health and body
Fakk this third class insole. I got plantar fasciitis wearing this. Unscientific and does not fit for all shoes. Irregulari sizes. Dont buy.

It is an amazing product for under 1000 rupees it can be used for multi purposes it is not hard and not soft and very comfortable it does not slip inside. the shoes like other soles it gives perfect support for flat feet it is not slippery it is totally a value for money and can be used for multiple purposes
