Breg ShortRunner Knee Brace (Large - Airmesh - Sleeve - Open Back)

I had injured my left knee while skiing, Dr. diagnosed as MCL tear and fitted me for a brace which cost my insurance about $700, and me about $80. I tried to tell my insurance company that they were getting ripped off, but they would not investigate. Meanwhile I saw the exact same brace on Amazon and bought it to protect my right knee. I have tried braces while hiking, but find I only need them for skiing. I like using one on each knee as I don't feel I am favoring either knee.I bought the large size and it fits perfectly, good adjustment with velcro. My knee measures 16 " around, and 151/2 " right below the knee.The braces wash easily after taking the side stiffeners out.

Product is of good quality material & workmanship. Sizing just didn’t work for me. I am 6’6” & it was not long enough below the knee for adequate support distally in a tall person. Circumference was good. Length should also be considered for a good fit.

Very comfortable and just the right amount of support I needed for my long bike rides. I used it on a century (100 mile) ride in the Florida Keys. My physical therapist recommended this as well.
