I had been considering buying a massager, but made the decision after seeing an elite gymnast on tv (Paris Olympics) using one on her leg. Well- if an Elite gymnast thinks a massager helps!!!!Lots to choose from at varying prices. I chose this hot and cold one as I use ice and heat packs alot. The idea of saving money in the long run a bonus.First impressions, arrived packaged in a solidly builty quality looking box, good start.Inside the box, this massger comes with a nice zipped storage case with carrying handle. Inside the storage case,neatly presented is the massager and head accessories. Massager looks solidly built and of good quality.I suffer with lower back muscle pain and arthritis. My joints and muscles ache constantly. Now I have a TENS unit that helps with pain relief, but that requires time on different areas of my body.With this Hubicore- hot and cool pro, I can quickly give myself a general all over massage to relax my muscles to help start get me moving easier. Haven't used the cold function yet, but definately hot enough to apply heat to required muscle groups. All in all very happy..

Looks very sturdy although I’ve not actually used it yet but look forward to it

From the moment I tried to use the product I could tell it was going to be an issue, 1st there is no charging cable which says its comes with. The charge that it had lasted about 10 minutes and gave hardly any massage to the areas I attempted I bought this for me and one and my dad glad I tested mine it as this was a waste of money. How many items have been sent out without any charging cables? Also says meant to be navy yet clearly grey. Don't waste your money on this as the heat didn't work in the 10 mins I had so I can't comment on that.
