I got these as exact replacements for my digital thermometer. After replacing the battery the thermometer still said bat/lo (battery low), but the thermometer worked. The key word is that they worked. Also the price was great.

Batteries better than Veridian brand?

These are great. They work for Veridian and Crimson Trace products perfectly. No wrapping to try to remove to fit in one or the other. They last as long as you intend to use them. Ive got a few months out of these actually.

I wish they lasted longer but do work.

I use these in my dog's invisible fence collars. Having 2 Great Danes with people and dogs walking past my house constantly I need something very reliable. I don't feel they last very long so end up changing them at least every 6 months. Since they work I'm hesitant to try another brand.
