Really nice all round gummie, just wish they came in a container and not a bottle. The neck of the bottle makes it really difficult to get any out as they do stick together very firmly and I have never had them come loose (I have bought these multiple times). That said the flavour is lovely and nice to chew, so I will struggle on!

Nice flavour, good chewable gummy, really hard to get out of the bottle as they’re all stuck together, that’s a workout in itself lol. Certainly couldn’t check for quantity. You really know you’re chewing them, very satisfying too.

I've been taking these vitamins for about 2 months now and I have noticed a difference with my skin and hair. My skin is a lot clearer, brighter and smoother and my hair has been growing a little faster since I've started taking these. Has done nothing for my very weak and brittle nails though.The amount of collagen is negligible to the point I'm not sure why they put it in (which is unfortunate as they're the only collagen multivitamin I've found that doesn't have iodine) but the b vitamins are great for energy and skin along with the hyaluronic acid. Would recommend overall for people wanting to try this type of multivitamin but can't consume excess iodine. The pineapple taste was delicious but after 3 weeks it tastes like the dread that accompanies 4am work mornings.

I endorse what most other reviewers have said. These gummies are very pleasant tasting and I like the fact that they are sugar-free. Do they make a difference? it is difficult to say as I take other supplements too, but not taking anything and I do notice it.Ok. The downside (& the reason for a lacklustre rating): for most of the month, I have been trying to figure out how best to get these out of the bottle. They stick together firmly as a mass, much wider than the neck and opening of the bottle, so reaching and getting a purchase on them at all becomes trying, as they just plop down to the bottom of the container if you loose your slight grip. Eventually, I stabbed at them with a pointed steak knife and managed enough damage to cleave one or two away each time and spear them to bring them out. I was not going to be defeated! Now with only a dozen or so left, the battle is unnecessary as the conglomerate mass is smaller, so they can get up into the bottle’s neck area. Putting them in the fridge might have helped, too. Who knows?All good fun, if you’re not in a hurry, but I’m trying another brand next time.

When they ran out, I did not re-order. They are very sticky and clump together. It is really hard to get them apart to just take one or two.
