Sound is clear and nice product

Sound quality is average Connection speed is good Fit is good, volume control and other control works as promised. Audio clarity when on a call and other performance is also good. Bass is a bit high but that's neither good nor bad. Now you may wonder what exactly is bad? Well, it's the build quality and customer support. The magnet on the case (right side) broke within 11 days of receiving the product. Now the right earbud won't stay inside the case. No rough use, it just stopped working all of a sudden. Contacted the customer support and they are the most un-responsive group I've seen so far in my life. No reply to emails, their WhatsApp contact is just for decoration. So the warranty is basically a useless thing. The audio quality is good and all but the build quality is garbage. I'd suggest that you buy something else. Don't have any hopes for the customer support if you do end up purchasing this.

For calling this one is best in this price range. Even I tried upgraded versions of Goboult Ear buds but out of all this one is great. For music it is decent.

I wanted to get some ear buds for my phone. Had a look around. The top products were very expensive. I didn't want to spend a fortune. Came across these on amazon. Great price. Read the reviews. They are really good. The sound is fantastic. Easy to use. Comfortable. Really pleased I purchased them.

I have wanted to contact them to discuss but have no way of doing so. As im getting 3-4 hours play time max. I may have a defective set, but no idea who to speak with to discuss.
