Gorgeous quality
I’m thrilled with this - I hadn’t realised the outside was material so I was blown away at the quality once I opened the box. Beautiful record player!

Looks great
Purchased Dec 24. My 16 year old daughter loves the look and says it sounds great when playing her vintage LPs. Updated March 2025. The turntable no longer works. Crossley contacted. Will update once contact it made. UPDATE 08/04/25. Crosley, to their shame, have not bothered to even reply despite multiple emails via Amazon and their own website. It would seem they love taking your money but think it OK to neglect their obligations regarding the Sale of Goods Act. Tempted to send them a CCJ.

Don’t listen to the bad sound quality reviews
Very pleased with this, especially after reading some very negative comments regarding sound quality. We are of the generation that had very high spec turntables with excellent sound quality- still in the loft here. I wondered how we would like this but we are very happy. The portability of it is great and I live it’s comoact size.Very nostalgic as I remember playing records on my father’s old record player.I nearly didn’t order because of the poor reviews- lesson learnt!

Its budget. But still a good little player!
I’m a first time vinyl collector and this is my first record player. I did lots of research about record players and lots of people who say these are not the way to go. “They damage vinyl, they skip, the sound is bad” etc.At the end of the day I didn’t have the budget to get an Audio Technica at £200+ and I fully appreciate this is a budget player. For me, it’s good enough for the money. I personally connected the player to an external Panasonic sound bar speaker (see photo) and being honest, it sounds loads better than the built in speakers. Would recommend connecting to an external set of speakers via the RCA output.Summary: ideal for first time collectors or someone who wants to enjoy vinyl for the first time!

Nice to look at but not to listen to
To be honest it’s a nice looking compact way to listen to you records but I only chose this as a way to compromise with my wife to be able to keep my record collection. If you’re in to real sound and listening the way you should, don’t buy it; get a proper turntable and amplifier with speakers that will give you the experience you need.In all it’s nice to look at will keep the wife happy and keep you enjoying you vinyl collection but isn’t anyway near my old technics system. That’s life.
