Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter Spread, Creamy, non GMO + Vegan, 25.4oz

I saw this used in a TikTok recipe & RAN to Amazon to see if it stocked it. Oh my gawd this stuff is absolutely amazing (and quite addicting). Frankly, it's better than peanut butter but I'll never give up peanut butter. I'll just keep BOTH stocked! Smells amazing, tastes amazing (it's not sick sweet but just the right amount of sweet & spreads very easily. Great on toast, English muffins, sliced apples (yah, tastes way way too good on slice apples - you're slicing those apples thin and into many pieces to keep spreading this stuff on the apples!) & graham crackers. I wonder if I can substitute this for peanut butter in my homemade peanut butter cookie recipe? Hmmmmm. Anyway, this is a must have in your kitchen cabinets. I don't know who invented this but I want to thank him/her/they! If you like biscotti, you're gonna love this stuff!

My husband isn't supposed to eat nuts due to being on a low oxalate diet but he loves peanut butter. I decided to get a jar at the grocery store. He loves it but it's on the pricey side. This size and price is a much better bargain. I've also tried it a few times and it's delicious.

I love these Lotus cookies with Biscoff dip! The handy to-go packs make them perfect for snacking anywhere. They’re so tasty it’s hard to keep them in the house—everyone grabs them right away. A sweet little indulgence I’ll keep buying.

Fresh and delicious

Never tried this but wanted to give it a try after seeing a Biscoff cheesecake recipe. It tastes like a soft, creamy graham cracker. Welp, after opening to try it a few days after receiving it, my partner and I fell in love. It never made it into that cheesecake! Guess we have to buy more to make it this time instead of eating Spoonfuls at a time or smeared on a tortilla.

Product is very well made: smooth, creamy, spreads well, BUT USE ONLY 1/4 to at most 1/3 of what you think you’ll need or want on anything and you’ll experience all the wonderful flavor of this product. We tried it first on just the tip of a toothpick, then 2ml (2/5) of a tsp on an individual square of a saltine cracker and found both just bit overly sweet yet. Then when we tried 1 level tsp (5ml) spread evenly on a toasted piece of generic fresh white bread it rendered the best balance of taste and sweetness per unit of area covered. It is an excellent product for most people but not for me, a senior, recovering diabetic on keto.
