Incredible magnetic pull, highly recommend for the garage. Picked this up as a diagnostic tool for my HMMWV to pull on a stuck internal solenoid plunger inside the Stanadyne DB2 injection pump. Ultimately, I backed off from using it on the truck pump because the 150LBS magnetic grab is so powerful I was afraid it would cause more mechanical harm than good to the internal linkages. Solid 4-star rating for delivering massive, heavy-duty force in a compact size.

Well I can safely say these magnets will hold a 12x8 flag on a carport even with crazy wind, be careful with these magnets they will smash your fingers bad lol, also if you are going to be moving them make sure you carry a thick screwdriver or something to get them off because they will not come off with just your fingers and man power!

The screw eye likes to get loose. Buyer: if that's a potential problem for you, put a drop of threadlock on it. Fixed!

Wow. I accidentally dropped tge magnet while in its box onto a base of a metal table footing. I had to tear tge cardboard from around the magnet and pry it with leverage. Very 350 lb strong.

Had one and can’t find it but I liked so much I bought another which I rarely do. Works well and doesn’t slide off vertical storage on my refrigerator.

WARNING!!! Do not waste your money. Total SCAM. Very disappointed in this purchase and will return it. I have refrigerator magnets that are stronger than this. They state this magnet has 300 Lbs pulling force. (Lbs =pounds right?) Reality, this magnet only has 10 Lbs pulling force. Maybe, 15 Lbs at most. WTF?? This company is obviously lying and misleading people. (There's no way that was an accident. 300lbs is way different than 10lbs. No typo. Not a mistake.) They're intentionally misleading people. This company shouldn't be allowed to sell anything on Amazon. Plus, they lied about shipping time, as my purchase arrived many days late. Good thing I made purchase for a hobby, and not as a gift or for something important. But after waiting for item to arrive late, then realizing they intentionally ripped me off, and now having to go through process to return it...... I'm really pissed off. (It's gonna cost me more in gas to return it, than it cost in first place. So I lose either way.) This magnet isn't even close enough to the claimed pulling force. I'd keep it and eat the loss if it had even 30lbs of the claimed 300lbs pulling force. Totally regret making this purchase. I can't even get the satisfaction of throwing it at somebody. Note to Amazon: WTF??? Why do you allow this nonsense? Somebody owes me for wasting my time and the cost of dealing with this rip off.

This magnet is great, with the exception that there is NO RELEASE mechanism. It must be lid off the object!

A fun toy for me to play with. It is a very strong magnet. Very difficult to pull straight back off fridge; much easier to slide off. I told a friend that I could now go "magnet fishing," and he said, "How do you do that? Just throw pieces of metal in for the fish to eat, then snag the fish with the magnet?"

I don't believe it's as strong as advertised. It didn't work for what I needed it for. Returned.
