My autistic son has issues with oral hygiene and this has changed his life! He loves tech, and this high-tech toothbrush fascinates him. We've managed to get him cleaning his teeth nightly, the teeth themselves are noticeably cleaner, and the extra free brush heads are a fantastic idea. For such a great price and build quality we couldn't be much happier. It looks sleek and futuristic, there's no more fussing around with AA batteries, and it even cuts off after I believe it's 5 minutes. He loves experimenting with the various cleaning modes, but thed main thing is a well-built stylish product like this at under £20 is a bargain.

At first use, this seems to thoroughly clean my teeth. i was worried that it might be too aggressive for my gums (gum sensitivity), but on the contrary, it's very gently and bristles are very soft. hope that it will last, for this price, it's brilliant!

Product says it has a two year warranty. I bought 4 of these in December for presents and they have only been used since just after Christmas. One has just stopped working (so after 2 months) but the return window closed at the end of January. I've been going round in circles trying to find out how to report it or contact the seller (never had this problem with other sellers) and have concluded they don't want to be reached. * editing this review.*Update: Apparently there was an email address inside the packets so the recipient contacted the company and was sent a replacement fairly quickly. I'm also told the other 3 are still fine and rarely need charging. so have changed this review for a more positive one! I've given 4 stars instead of the original one (couldn't give 5 because of all the hassle I had originally!). I now do recommend this product as they've now been used for 4 months with no other problems.

Excellent value, arrived on time

takes a bit of getting used to it but battery lasts a long time

Toothbrush worked well, charged it up once and was good to use. Then when it run out again it will charge but then there is no power in the toothbrush for it to work. Messaged on the company website through their chat and not received any help. Funny enough it stopped working exactly after the refund date. So we brought it last month and now unable to use it. I wouldn’t waste your money buying from here as they are not made to last.

I like the way that there are several programmes and the fact that as I have sensitive teeth, there is a programme for that that doesn't cause me discomfort - unlike a big brand one I had previously that just made my teeth hurt !Nice to have a choice of colours as well for the different members of my family

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter as she really wanted an electric brush like her friend's. Was great to begin with, came fully charged which meant she could use it immediately and all seemed grand! Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and mid way through brushing it stops, so I have a look over it pull the brush head off and it starts again! Assuming the charge was running low we plugged it in for the day and then come bed time success it seems to be working, sadly not for long!!Daily occurance of needing to pull the brush head off mid use to get it going again before yesterday giving up the goat completely 😔 having to return to amazon for a full refund today! (Customer service excellent however and offered refund as soon as I explained the problem)
