Awesome kit you don't think you need but which will aid your recovery.
Used as i recovered from a MCL tear. It allowed me to be active and not over stretch the knee whilst also not restricting my movement like a traditional stretch pull in knee brace.I wore it daily for aound 8 weeks then just on sore or high movement days for a further few weeks.I rinsed the straps and padded wrap nightly and hung the whole brace on the towel rail overnight.
