The package does not indicate it. I tried to due a bit of sleuthing for you based on the carb,fiber,sugar contents per 2 piece serving and I definitely would say that the Sea Salt Dark Chocolate bars have LESS % of Cacao than the 70% bar. Here's how we know. Per 2 piece serving, the 85% cacao bar has 18 carb grams, 6 fiber grams & 7 sugar grams. Per 2 piece serving, the 70% cacao bar has 21 carb grams, 5 fiber grams and 14 sugar grams. Cacao is what is giving the chocolate fiber, so that's one fiber gram difference per 15% cacao quantity difference. If the Dark Seasalt Bar were 70 % cacao with the addition of sea salt, you would have the carb, fiber and sugar nearly identical, because the sea salt addition would not affect the carb, fiber or sugar grams. However, the Dark Sea Salt bar has considerably more sugar and LESS fiber. So, the Sea Salt bar has 29 carb grams, 3 fiber grams, and 24 sugar grams. My best guess based on the fiber difference alone, is that this Sea Salt bar COULD be about 40% cacao I got that by using the fiber difference between 85% and 70%, which is one fiber gram difference in 15% cacao difference. The Sea Salt bar has 2 grams less fiber per serving, so I subtracted 30% cacao. I have no idea if this calculation is correct, but given the huge difference in sugar between the Sea Salt at 24 grams and the 70% at 14 grams per 2 oz, I think it's likely.
