Very smooth isnide so makes the yarn roll easily. And its the perfect size

Lovely looking bowl and practical, but, the cut outs were rough and snaggy where the yarn pulls through. Fortunately I have a set of fine circular files, so was able to sort it out, but it took quite a while. Be prepared for rough cut outs but don't let it out you off.

This bowl is ideal for keeping yarn or crochet thread corralled and off the floor.

I love how I don't have to chase after my ball of yarn anymore!

From a distance, this yarn bowl would look nice, but when you look at it, the little cutout details are all crudely cut - like they should have been sanded but weren't. I was going to give this as a Christmas gift, but it was just too messy-looking to give.

The wood and design of the yarn bowl were lovely. However, the workmanship is of a very poor quality. The cut-outs are not clean, and have little pieces of half-cut wood in the design. I ordered two of these, and both were poorly made.

I was a little hesitant to order this yarn bowl since it was much less expensive than any of the other wooden yarn bowls that I have seen. So glad I did. It is beautiful and the quality is good.
