Nice and sturdy badge holder. I'm able to scan a reader just fine. Have not had any issues with back sliding. I haven't used the lanyard since I usually just clip mine to my clothes. The back of the clip spins so just be aware of that when using the clip. Its not an issue once you have it clipped on. Like the design!

I have a badge to be able to do my job. This is great it holds up great as it is hard all around and not flexible. Is able to be scanned by the scanner.
