I bought this for our guesthouse. When folks came to visit us and stayed in the guesthouse, they had to place their suitcase(s) on the floor. For my parents to visit, I purchased this to help them so they don't have to bend down to the ground to grab something out of their suitcase(s). The suitcase is now elevated so that does the trick. High quality. Great-looking. I also like the added storage beneath. My parents didn't use the bottom storage part BUT I like that it's there. All my guests will now have the option of the floor versus this pretty luggage rack. It came assembled as an extra bonus!

I was finally able to get around to assembling the luggage rack, and found the process, simple and easy. Materials and construction are top notch and the paint job is better than I would expect for such a low cost luggage rack. Webbing is strong and it is fold-able with Velcro straps to hold it together for storage if needed. Strong enough to hold even the largest and heaviest bag that I own. Time will tell, but I think this foldable rack will be the last one I purchase for a long time.

We purchased 2. One was not put together correctly, but was easily fixed. Our guest enjoy them both and they look nice in our guest room.

Ordered these racks for a rental condo which we also use personally. They are great!! We love the real wood frames and wooden rack underneath. I was able to assemble th alone but a little help would have made it go quicker. Very easy to store and great for those who just want to live out of the suitcase for a week or so

I purchased two of these Luggage Storage Racks for traveling purposes. They are very well built & functional, I look forward to using the racks and would recommend them to others. One very useful feature which many racks do not include is the “Shelf” under the rack for storage, such as Shoes, or items removed from your Suitcase.The only issue I encountered was that one of the wooden struts holding the system together was the WRONG length. Specifically, the Rack required two long struts, and two short struts.The box with one of my racks had 3 Long Struts and only 1 Short Strut.Fortunately I was able to Saw off two inches from a long strut and make the assembly work properly. If someone did not have access to a saw, this might create an issue for them.

Rod was missing and instructions were vague. Holes drilled in the wrong spots so the entire piece was crooked and not level to the floor. Returned before trying to assemble the second one. You get what you pay for - lesson learned.

These are well made, sturdy luggage racks. They look great when in use and they fold away nicely in the closet the rest of the time. Although they're easy to put together, it's best to have a second set of hands.

Very pleased with this rack the only downside is that I tried to buy a second one and could not because they were not available any longer

La chambre d’invités n’est pas très grande alors la grosseur est parfaite !!TRÈS FACILE à assembler 10 minutes.Le bois est très doux, belle qualité et couleur telle que sur la photo. Il y a même une vis de surplus !! Tout est doré, parfait pour la couleur du bois.La plaque pour mettre les souliers est parfaite.EXCELLENT ACHAT 👌
