Nice product Simple and safe

When I unboxed the product and I found that it is a defective piece. 1. The latch/Lock door that has the locking system is not firm and horizontal it's hanging on its own weight. 2. The front right hand bottom has visible crack on the metal and light can pass through. The customer service of the company says I have voided the warranty due to misuse, that means they have disowned the product and they will do nothing about it but in reality I have not used the product for a single day. On being contacted they did not arrange for a replacement even after I twice contacted them. In total this product is an utter waste in terms of time and money, it's really not worth it... A safe should be solid this product is technically a powder coated junk tin box with the feeling of a piggy bank style lock and key. So I would recommend people not to buy this kind of product based on my first hand experience and not to get lured by the cheap price tag... this safe is a TIN BOX.

Nice product . Heavy duty material battery life is also amazing . Lock works fine.
