Beauty Salon Equipment White Facial Massage Table Bed Chair (White)

I bought this chair as it looked exactly like another brand that was no longer available. It is a little flimsy but still acceptable.The arm rests flip upside-down if the seat is reclined more than 1/2 way back. I’ve had 1 customer nearly fall and it startled several others. I don’t use the chair anymore.

The back of the table won’t stay in position. It falls back when a client is lying on it, which is very unsettling for the client. It’s a design flaw. The company won’t respond to my correspondence regarding this.
