This is a nice little charger and Battery for the carbon cub. But I wanted to expand so I bought a Timber evolution now I need a 4S battery and this will only charge 3s. So I would recommend if you ever want to go for it to buy it now 3s 4s whatever you're going to get into and get the charger you want right off the bat and happy flying.

These have been great! This battery runs my SCX10 for well over an hour! The G2 smart battery is perfect for me as I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a balance charger. The G2 battery balance charges, and will automatically discharge to 50% after 3 days of sitting(LiPo batteries need to be stored at 50%). So if you don’t want to spend a ton of money on a fancy balance charger, get the G2 series - it’s the perfect combo for beginners. Also - I store my LiPo battery in a LiPo safe bag, plus a metal ammo box.
