These are perfect if you need to dress up for something that will keep you on your feet for a long time. **Q: are these able to foldup for packing?** A: Yes, these are very easy to fold up for packing. They have a very soft sole which makes folding very easy. **Q: What is the difference between b(m) and c/d?** A: c/d is suppose to be wider than b(medium) but in this shoe I did not find the c/d wider. **Q: Do these run true to size? I normally buy a 7 - 7 1/2 shoe.** A: I almost always wear a size 7 in all types of shoes but for this shoe I needed a 7 1/2.
