Weddell Duo Shower Head Filter, NSF Certified Chlorine Reduction, Lead-Free

Okay I suffer from something called a mthr gene mutation, where my liver has issues activating folic acid, for years I was bathing in water with chlorine and a bunch of other chemicals that my body has issues getting rid of, because of this it increases my likelihood of having respiratory liver issues, studies have been done and found that when you bathe in Water full of chlorine and it gets really hot it can turn into hot water vapor which is what usually happens when you're showering in a hot shower, but this can actually, cause severe respiratory issues over time specifically with your lungs because you're breathing in high levels of chlorine gas so I needed a good water filter that cleans the water to the point that there is no more chlorine no more hydrofluoride no more Boron no more chemicals at all filters that actually clean my water and prevent heavy metals and toxins from getting on me through the shower, I have watched video after video online of individual groups who have checked every single shower filter on the market and compared their water and the quality whether or not it is taking all the chemicals out and this shower head next to one other shower head we're the only two that actually filtered all of the chemicals out the only thing that this doesn't filter out is hard water that's it, this filter will clean all the other chemicals out as well as fill your hair with high levels of magnesium and after installing it which was very easy they give you everything necessary in the packet to install all I needed was a pair of vise grips putting the tape on around the seal on both sides, if there's anything about this that I didn't like it's the fact that it's made of plastic so you have to be careful if you break it then you'll have to order a new one but the price is reasonable I just wish that the whole core part was made out of aluminum or some form of metal that resisted water, it's obvious that the developers of this product are trying their best to lower prices so that way we all can get our hands on it, I cannot give this product a higher rating online it is one of the best water filters for showers out there. Hands down no other shower head filters water at this price compared to the competition, which actually does do a great job, which is only one other brand; it's more expensive, so if you're looking for something that is cheap but actually does what it says it does, go for it.

So this is my first water filter, and I picked a winner with this little pink thing. The water here (Ms.) has always been hard on my hair & the chlorine smell can be overwhelming at times. But, I kept telling myself a filter wouldn't make that much of a difference. Boy was I wrong, when I saw this pink one, I had to have itI and when I tell you it has made a significant difference in the way my hair & my skin feels, I am not lying. Not to mention the chlorine smell is gone, my shower is brighter not dingy looking like before the filter. This little pink thing (that's how I describe it to my friends) makes a big difference! It was super easy to install, No tools needed. It has had no affect on my water pressure. The quality is spectacular, my skin feels so much cleaner as does my hair. The size is a good fit and the value for money is on the money. Ladies this is a must have. Do it for your hair, do it for your skin, do it for yourself, just do it, you'll be happy you did it.

I’ve been using this shower filter and overall, I’m impressed with the design and performance. The biggest issue I experienced is that the water flow became weaker over time, which is something to be aware of. That said, I still think this is a good option for anyone looking to upgrade their shower water quality. The filter is well-designed, easy to install, and offers a noticeable upgrade in terms of having a dedicated filtration system for your shower. The reduced water flow was frustrating, but it wasn't enough to make me completely dismiss the product. I would recommend it, especially if you're willing to monitor the filter and replace it when needed. Overall, a well-made shower filter with a few performance issues that could hopefully be improved in future versions.

Really good product, my face is clearing up and I'm hoping it's the filter. Great build and actually has metal to attach to the pipe. It came with more terflon tape then you need which is great if you've never done the job or just like to have extra. Installation it very easy and it just works. Just keep in mind that it will shift where the shower head sits which means it might be lower from where you'd like it and there's an extra second for water to come out since it has the filter to go through. I didn't notice a pressure drop and has steady water once going.

Five stars from me. I've been using the Weddell Duo shower filter and I'm genuinely seeing the results I was hoping for. What really sold me is being able to see what the filter is catching—the filter that started out white has noticeably changed color with use. That alone makes me feel better knowing this filter is between my water and me. I also really like the dual-filter design, and installation was simple. I use my shower a lot, so water quality is important to me, and this is one of those purchases I'm glad I made. Based on what I've seen from mine so far, I'll definitely keep using it and replacing the filters when needed. Highly recommend it if you're looking to improve the water coming through your shower.

This is a great option for apartment renters! It’s so easy to install and even easier to change the filters. It’s small, sleek, and looks nice in my bathroom. I have incredibly sensitive skin and hair, as well as PCOS and hypothyroidism. This filter has been a game changer for me. I lose less hair in the shower, and my acne and rosacea flare-ups have decreased dramatically. **Keep in mind: You want to have replacement filters on hand! Once they hit max capacity, the water pressure drops very suddenly. You can see in the picture that these filters do their job! The filter on the left is fresh out of the box.

I'm really surprised by this filter. I didn't think it would make a big difference for me because I have super clean water from the county water line. After using this the first night I noticed my face wasn't as dry and my hair was so silky and smooth. I honestly did not expect to see such quick results. I guess the chlorine in the water really makes a huge difference. I just wish the filters on this were a bit cheaper like other filters I've seen on the market. That's the only reason I removed 1 star.

Definitely the best product I’ve bought off Amazon this year. Very friendly and helpful customer service team helped keep me updated during the delivery which was very comforting. Super easy to install, noticed the difference straight away and definitely worth buying. Water flow is super soft, clean and just natural. It fitted my shower perfectly and works brilliantly. Will definitely be buy another one soon. Hair already seems less dull and skin feels amazing even after my first use. Hope to upload before and after pictures soon
