Our line of edible gold is produced with the utmost care, on a dedicated line, separated from other typologies of gold, to guarantee the maximum safety for human consumption. From our establishment in Tuscany, we ship a safe, quality product, that represents Made In Italy in the world. The most popular size, used by Gualtiero Marchesi for his celebrated risotto. It can be applied as a full-size leaf or cut into smaller pieces. The tissue paper is very useful for handling and applying the leaf quickly and easily onto the dish you wish to decorate. 23kt Edible Gold leaves for decorating food and beverage. Packed in a booklet with tissue paper on each leaf for an easy application. Produced entirely in Italy. Food colouring E175.
