An ultra light-weight cap which is ideal for endurance sports where athletes need protection from the sun as well as breathability and wicking features. The longer peak with dark underside protects the eyes from the sun’s glare whilst the bamboo charcoal particles in the Vapour-X fabric help protect from UV rays whilst wicking away sweat. Added to this, the internal terry towling band keeps sweat away from the eyes. The two-layer fabric is incredibly soft and supply making it extremely comfortable and the adjustable size strap allows a perfect fit – circumference is approx 57cm . This product includes reflective piping which helps make the athlete more visible, particularly useful for night time or winter training.

Using this for running and up till now the ciele cap was my gold standardThis crewroom cap is very similar in quality but a lot cheaperThe fabric used on close inspection is very very similar if not the same. Holding against strong sunlight, there is some light that gets through, for both the ciele and crewroomThe brim for crewroom is maybe 1cm longer than the ciele and is curved and very stiff, so while the ciele can be scrunched up and put in your pocket, the crewroom cannotThey both fit the same and have the same comfort and very light weightThe crewroom has a logo patch sticked into the inside which isn't that comfortable but it is easily removedOverall, I would highly recommend to anyone except maybe someone follicly challenged who needs more protection on top
