My granddaughter and I have used these markers numerous times and the product quality is amazing.

Edit 10/13/24: I originally was dissatisfied with my purchase, as anyone would be. However, after posting my review, the seller reached out to me and offered to send me another set of markers or opt for a full refund. They explained that this rarely happens, but sometimes some slip through the cracks. I tried out some of the markers, and I believe they are really good for the price you pay. Overall, I think it is worth giving a try. The product seems to be of a decent quality and the seller provides prompt service and is willing to resolve any issues that may arise. Thank you guys for being so understanding!10/8/2024Received my package today, and upon opening it all the colors were out of order. Based on the picture the markers come in numerical order so that was the first red flag for me. I noticed that it seemed as if a marker was missing so I organized them the way they’re supposed to be. Upon doing so, there was a color missing (120 - Black, the most important shade), several of the markers were missing the color caps (which were not inside the bag as everything was dumped out to organize), and the color card has clearly be used for something. It is obvious that these markers are USED when I did not pay for used markers. It is completely unfair to pay full price for something that is used and was not advertised or disclosed.

Update! Customer service reached out very quickly to offer a solution. I’m very impressed with their quick response to fix an issue!!Not really this many colors, there’s an entire group of F (that’s what they are labeled) markers that are just repeats of other colors.

I was excited to get this set of beautiful colors. My major disappointment was that the markers dry out very quickly and have to be thrown away. I have started to try and use other colors in the set to save the few that I like to use alot. Like greens, nearly every coloring page has asst greenery. I store them on their side and the fine tip seems to be always dry. A few of the markers were totally without ink, a white tip. Pay a bit more and get a good set, not these misc China brands that are all the same. I never use the app that comes with it. Every day I throw out more of them. Such a waste and to clog up landfills.

Dried out very quickly, I put alcohol in there to revive them but some of them are unsalvageable, I bought them in January and they died by March
