Haven't been able to have lighting put up as of yet. My ceiling needs 12ft ladder but when received package box was a little smaller than expected. Not sure how it will look in a large room with high ceilings. The sellers customer service adviser has reached out to me and recommended another chandelier that would be better for my home. I must admit their diligence in ensuring my customer satisfaction has been amazing. I wish other companies out here would follow their lead. This company stand true in pleasing their customers. Was able to use in my dining room though. I love it!

We absolutely love this lamp. Changing tones from warm to cold and dimming is super easy! Highly recommend it. We're getting so many compliments on it.

There are two reasons that I didn't give it a 5-star review. First, It's quite misleading when you see the picture of the product. They photoshopped the photo into the picture. The problem is that it always looks nice in the picture. However, when you install it in the actual space, say, over your dining table, the height of the light is usually around your eye level, which is very uncomfortable for your eyes AND you actually don't see it's beautiful shape.Most of the time when I walk around the kitchen, the light fixture looks just like a straight line. I wish I had gotten something that's more 3D-ish, versus this one that it's pretty on one flat plain.Another problem is that the Color Rendering Index (CRI) of this light is not that great. The moment I turned it on, I immediately regretted my decision. I am very sensitive to colors. When I turned on the light, I could see right away that some colors just disappear. I know that not every LED light has the same CRI. This one seems to have a lower CRI in my opinion.

I recently purchased the dining room light, and I'm impressed with its performance. The brightness is adjustable, creating a cozy atmosphere for dinners. Overall, a great investment for both style and functionality. 👍👍👍

I adore it. It's a touch smaller than I had anticipated, but it still looks beautiful. Installing it wasn't too difficult, and so far it functions.The quality is decent overall.

This is a really beautiful LED dining room light. The LED rope light makes a double infinity symbol. It's a little smaller than it looks on the product page, but it's still very attractive. The gold looks fantastic, very shiny, very luxurious, very bright and vibrant, and it's very lightweight. The base, which contains your wiring and control box, is separate from the one-piece LED ribbon light; it's attached to several very thin, very light silver-colored cables, which means it will sway somewhat when you hang it, and if you have a ceiling fan or a breeze going through your house, it may move slightly more. But it wouldn't really hurt anybody if it fell on somebody's head. At least, I hope not. The remote control works great; it's got three different tones of light you can brighten and dim, and it has two quick settings so you can quickly dim it or quickly bring it to maximum brightness. It's already assembled for you; the only thing you have to do is wire it and hang the base on your ceiling. It didn't come with any batteries for the remote. You will need two AAA batteries. The instructions are simple and show you which of the three wires are live, neutral, and ground. It's extremely bright when turned up to maximum.

this is a fairly decent light. it'll do for our formal dining room area but that's about it. keep in mind, it provides lateral area illumination and no direct downlighting for a table. since we rarely use the dining room, it'll do. that's the most positive this review can be as it's an ...installation nightmare! the fixture's bracket does not fit american outlets. i had to drill 2 holes in the bracket provided to attach it to the ceiling outlet, after which the fixture was 90 degrees off. that becomes a huge problem unless you twist the supporting cables and latch them together with some type of tie - ugly. so, i had to remove all four hangers over 1 position - piece of cake except for the one with the power. that one was directly attached to the controller. it involved removing the clamps on very thin gauge wire for the disconnect; then soldering them together with shrink wrap. no fun at all! so if you order, expect a 50% chance of an alignment problem. if you're not handy and have to use an electrician, it could get pricey. another alternative may be attaching their bracket to a standard one. you will then have a gap between the canopy and the ceiling, but it may not be that noticeable.the fixture can be a conversation piece, but we found that it needs about a 30% tilt to appreciate its geometric design. if it's completely horizontal, that design is much less apparent. the light is bright and is controlled but its remote, however, if it's turned on/off by a wall switch quickly, it will cycle through different color temps. while sturdy, the fixture is extremely lightweight. for the most part, the led lighting is smooth and ribbon-like but if a warm temp is chosen, yuck. in that setting, the individual leds become visible because the other leds are turned off and the gaps are very noticeable. makes it look cheap and ugly.finding a modern light fixture these days can be taxing. this one fits the bill but barely. 3 stars is a bit of a gift.

Just a great chandelier/light as it looks awesome and is very cool. Easy to install and no problems. Nicely made it's a great addition to wherever it is used. Very nice indeed. :)
