So immediately 3 stars for delivery, arrived on the earliest expected day. The mattress is incredibly compacted and some handles on the box wouldn’t have gone amiss, but so far so good.Setup was really simple. Laid the rolled mattress on the bed, carefully cut at the plastic until the pressure build up was high, then stepped back and let it unfold.It was fully up in 30 minutes but I gave it a few hours to be sure. I prefer a medium firm mattress and even though this was firmer than expected, it’s an absolute beauty to sleep on.As someone who has used second-hand spring mattresses for over 20 years, this is luxury and (so far) worth every penny. I will update if anything changes.Update! I've had the mattress for 6 months now, and I still love it. that being said, when stripped down you can notice the mattress crinkling and wearing on the edges, but the surface itself is still perfect.2019 update! It’s been nearly a year and a half, and it feels just as good to sleep on as it did from day one. The memory foam has really set in now so it’s easy to get comfortable at night. The only negative I’ve noticed is that there’s a slight dip on the left mattress edge. This is the side I always get in and out from so really it’s to be expected.2020 update! So the mattress is now a couple of years old, and of course very well used. So how is it holding up?The memory foam has worked wonders, and if I lay down in a different spot there’s a noticeable difference in the firmness and overall ‘sink’. I prefer the right side of the bed but if I start on the left, I’ll naturally wake up back on the right side by morning.Other users have reported sag on the edge of the mattress. At first I didn’t notice this myself, but now there’s one small sagging spot which happens to be the place I get on and off the bed from. It’s not major and certainly not visible unless you’re looking for it, but it is there.So how has my rating changed over the years? Well... it hasn’t. Of all the reasons keeping me awake at night, never has the mattress been one of them. The quality has barely degraded after years of daily (nightly?) use, and it has many more years of use left in it.

This is a comfortable bed of acceptable qualitybut with the reduced price of £169.99 provides very good value for moneyIt measures over 135cm in width and is over 20cm deep. It is firm but very supportive with no smell or bounce, however, I would have not been happy paying £699 as the cover was marked and there are many loose threads which may be only aesthetic.but it spoils the look of the mattress.Customer Service was responsive. The bed was delivered within 3 days of placing order but Yodel did not call before hand to check availability.. The box was damaged and it was left on my door step while I was out.. so could have gone missing.. so 4 stars.

Very disappointing, it seemed like a bargain at the price but obviously isn't. The top cover above the memory foam creases and makes it uncomfortable, the memory foam takes a long time to expand if you move so the bed leans to that side.This mattress is not worth the supposed bargain price.

After using my mattress for the last few weeks I'm absolutely over the moon. It's everything it says it is. Came rolled in a.vox and achieved full height within 5 minutes. I used that nighf. I highly recommend especially for the price

The mattress come from a guy in a van in a different way from Amazon classic delivery procedure. It looks super tiny when wrapped then once unwrapped get the correct shape. The PROBLEM is that after only few months the bed is now a nightmare. Holes and depressions everywhere. My back is killing me I now have to buy another one and has been used for less then 6 months only. NOT AS the DESCRIPTION. NOT WORTH at all.

Excellent piece of kit. love the way it arrived rolled in a box. after a few days expanding fully it was very comfortable.It is deeper than my last mattress so I will need to get deeper fitted sheets at some point. but the old ones will do for now.

Bad purchase! Lost shape after a week or so. No support at the sides, not a memory foam mattress as I know it. Cheap for a reason!
