In comparison to the usual, run-of-the-mill back scratcher, which I’d rate 4 or 4.5 out of 5 ⭐️, THIS THING IS HEAVEN. One side of the broad part is riddled with these surprisingly sharp, little tiny spiky things (which, under my initial inspection, I assumed were too sharp to actually be good for you, and I was def wrong about that bc they’ve never cut or hurt me), and they are SENSATIONAL. THEY ARE A REVELATION WHEN USED ON ONE’S BACK!!! I’m not the only one who thinks so, either — I had to give it to my mom because she loves it even more than I do, and I like being in her will (which she threatened I wouldn’t be if I didn’t fork the thing over!)(lololol). But seriously, I literally “literally” own six different kinds of back scratchers, and despite each one being differently shaped than all the others, five of them feel identical to one another. This one sets itself farrrrrrrr apart from the others by being a completely and utterly different experience to use altogether. I cannot emphasize enough how much better than any other back scratcher this thing is. It’s even better than having a girlfriend with fake nails scratch your back for you EVEN IF she somehow manages to find the exactly right spot from the outset!!! It’s just, it’s so ideal… Look, I know I sound obsessive about this back scratcher in a way no man should be, BUT let me JUST say that there’s a good reason that I’m writing such a phenomenally positive review in the first place: it’s earned it. Anyway, I’ll stop now. I hope this review helps y’all!!! Oh, but let me just say to use care when using the tiny-sized spiky side on one’s back if you have scabs back there. I had one ripped off by the nature of how the spiked side functions on the skin. If you don’t already have any scabs or cuts back there, it is my continued experience that it won’t give you any. However, exercise a bit of caution if you already have such an injury. It’s never made me bleed if I’ve not already got a hurt spot, not even once. Anyway, NOW I’m done. Happy hunting, guys!!!!

This is an awesome little scratcher, or can extend to a great length so no struggling to reach an itch. Also like having a choice of 2 types of scratches. Extends easily and not a flimsy extension rod. Seems well made. Would recommend

I've been bothered by itchy skin for the last several weeks. Dry winter skin, I guess. Frankly, I didn't think there would be a lot to write about a back scratcher, but this pleasantly surprised me. It's very well made, good quality materials, telescopes easily, and is a nice, small size when fully collapsed. It's nice and strong and doesn't feel like it will break when fully extended. The scratching "paws" are great! Both sides provide satisfying itch relief. Plus, it's cute! I'm ordering another!

Omg I have been looking for a back scratcher that really digs in and scripts your back in such a marvellous Way. I bought many back scratchers before and they were dull, but this gives you satisfaction.
