I love these snacks from Rip Van! As a T2D it has been difficult to find the snack that keep me compliant with my food requirements. These snacks taske great. They satisfy my desire for a little sweet and crunch. I will buy these over and over!!

These are excellent for a little low sugar, low calorie treat to go with your coffee in the morning!

They are very good, but they are a little starchy and the bigger ones have a better taste.

I read a famous review from someone who had considerable bowel movements after eating a couple packs of Rip Vans. I was somewhat hesitant since I tend to have issues because of nerves anyway. I am happy to report the cookies are tasty, healthier than most sugar free options, and caused me no discomfort. I would recommend.

Taste is so-so, the artificial sweetener is very evident so it depends how tolerant you are of that. The wafers are about 4 inches across and 2 inches thick, definitely small but a decent snack if you just want to take the edge off a chocolate craving. Surprisingly still 60 calories each despite having little real sugar in them. Texture is mostly good but there's the occasional hard crunchy bit. I had three of these in a day and didn't have any digestion problems, but if you binge on them I would expect diarrhea due to the heavy artificial sweetener presence.

These are the best! Very low sugar, crispy and chocolate filled for 60 calories of delicious cookies. They are individually wrapped. I love the taste and texture. I've been looking for low sugar cookies and this company delivers the best ones.

These are very good! I think the only thing that would make me give these a 5-star review would be a little less wafer-y. I feel like in some bites all I can taste is the wafer. But ... for a "healthy snack", these are delicious.
