Review: Fast and reliable, but set realistic expectations - I've had this laptop for some time now and have been happy with it. I didn't expect much, considering what I spent on it and it has pretty much lived up to my expectations. The unit is a bit flimsy and feels like you could break the screen if you're not careful. Image quality is decent, but the battery drains really fast if you keep the brightness at a comfortable level. I do audio editing and basic video editing with it and it handles everything I throw at it. It runs smooth and fast. The fan noise is a bit loud. I wouldn't recommend using it in a classroom or place where it needs to be quiet. When using it on your lap, it does get quite hot, but it's tolerable. Like I said, I feel like I got what I paid for.
Review: Excellent price for good computer - Like the laptop, does every task perfectly

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent price for good computer
*by R***A on December 1, 2023*

Like the laptop, does every task perfectly

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Runs hot
*by J***N on January 4, 2024*

I purchased this laptop as it was a good price and I wanted to play PC games. For some reason it runs really hot for a gaming laptop. At idle it runs anywhere from 110°F-130°F. Again that's idle, no games or applications running. I had a friend who works in IT look at it and he has no idea why it's running that hot and said it shouldn't. I've also researched it and found many posts with other people stating the same concerns. While it doesn't affect gameplay it will greatly reduce the life of the laptop. I have set the fans to always on and put it on a laptop cooling pad, which doesn't help much at all. I also removed some thin plastic covering the giant vent on the bottom hoping the cooling pad would blow in more air to the hot components. The only thing I could think may resolve it is replacing the thermal paste, but I don't want to go through that headache. It's worth the money, just don't expect it to have a long life before components start to fail from the heat.
