How come this cost $7 in Walmart but $15 on amazon not including shipping

Does this waffle maker let you know when the waffle is done?

There is no timer. The light on top shows when the machine is heating. It will cycle on/off during cooking. You'll see steam escaping as the batter cooks.. I gave it about 3-4 minutes, then gave a peek inside to get an idea of how brown it gets. I made about 6 little waffles in one batch, ate a couple. These are actually even better the next day.. they fit perfectly in a standard toaster. So they heat up and crisp up even more.

Is this really non stick?

Yes it actually is! Don't do what I did and use a scrubber sponge to clean it, though 🤣 and I recommend using a spray like pam before using, but not too much.
