Best recipes book ever!
What a fantastic book this is. Unique layout, great recipes and super nice to look at. The simplicity and the way ingredients are laid out make it fantastic book.I have a few recipe books but this certainly is my new favourite!

Worth the wait
I was super excited to recieve this book (pre-order) & it did not disappoint! Clear laid out ingredients with photos of each with many repeated across recipes so you don't have to buy bags of things you will never use again.The recipes are also WOW - just beautiful, interesting, stuff you've never heard of or thought of to make. I'm so impressed & feel able & excited to make every single one!

Amazing book!!!
Recently turned vegan gluten and sugar free due to health reasons. Ordered this book and have made three recipes so far and they were amazing. Really quick and easy and really tasty. She does little toppings that turn amazing meals into restaurant quality food. Even managed to get my children to eat them as well.

An ADHD dream cookbook
I love the pictures , the fact it has photographs of every ingredient you need- perfect for those whose brain is a bit fuzzy. Also perfect cos you know I be letting food go mushy in my fridge- now I can look and see 'what can I make with mushy berries?' and the book will tell me! Beautiful recipes, so excited to make some!!

In a rush?Need a quick and healthy meal?This book is for you, the recipes and simple, tasty and healthy.Cons: agave syrup features a fair amount, I prefer to switch this out for data syrup, a healthier alternative.

Great book with new ideas
I loved how the writer used lots of healthy ways to use up food that we might consider fit for the bin. Even though it is a vegan cookery book you can adapt many recipes to include meat. Love it, my new favourite 😁😋

OK, but not a good as the first book.
I didn’t find the recipes as inspirational as the first book. Some of the ‘scrappy’ ways seem too difficult.

One of the best vegan cookbooks out there!
I got this book because I was very into the premise of reducing food waste which, when you have small kids with mercurial appetites, is very much an issue. I have loved everything I've made so far. The Dilly Orzo soup was so, so tasty, the Feta Tofu is going to now be a regular in my life ( I snack on it straight from the jar when blood sugar gets low) and the Pantry Bean salad is a lifesaver for days I just don't want to cook. The Peanut Butter Curry and the Golden Immunity Stew were gorgeous. My kids aren't as interested as I'd hoped so I'm eating leftovers for days but no complaints! Super easy to follow recipes, great ideas and again, the low/no-waste message is everything. Chef's kiss!

Me encantó!
Me enamoré de este libro. Además de estar muy lindo ilustrado, tiene muchísimas recetas de todo tipo. Desde desayunos, jugos, comidas, snacks, salsas, etc. me encanta que todas las recetas son basadas en plantas, fáciles de hacer y usando ingredientes que tienes en tu cocina evitando que se echen a perder. Pediré el otro libro que escribió también

Fantastic - recipes, layout, concept - buy it!
I have so many plant based cookbooks, and love many of them but some of them don’t get used much because of unusual ingredients and time consuming steps. This Scrappy Cooking is delightfully the opposite - it is creatively amazing, from concept (reduce food waste with delicious recipes) to design (gorgeous photos and layout including photo ingredient lists). Every single recipe looks amazing and easy for every day cooking. Those I have made so far are delicious and I am sure I will be turning to this daily for ideas and inspiration. The ease and practicality stand out to me. How often do we go to cook and just have a bunch of odds and ends? There is a graph that organizes the recipes by ingredients, with plenty of substitution options so it’s easy to make them work on the fly. I love the gluten free and oil-free options which are important to many plant based eaters. Dessert options include dates, maple syrup, coconut sugar or monk fruit for less processed sweet options. Truly thoughtful and brilliant execution. Highly recommend!

Great cook book!
So easy and tasty recipes. I especially love "Got This, Make That" Index which helps me to use products that I need to utilize asap.
